Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation Designer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for construction and maintenance of launch vehicle and spacecraft simulation laboratories;
- Responsible for hardware platform construction and development for simulation systems;
- Responsible for scheme design and system integration of simulation hardware systems;
- Responsible for interface debugging, test equipment operation, and execution;
- Responsible for operator training, safety management, and comprehensive management of simulation equipment;

Qualifications

Propulsion Department
Engine Assembly Designer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for engine assembly scheme definition, overall layout, and assembly design;
- Responsible for sealing design of engine assembly pipelines, fittings, etc.;
- Coordinate interfaces and layout between engine components, confirm component structural designs;
- Coordinate engine external interfaces including gas/liquid supply and mechanical connection interfaces;
- Responsible for engine mass, center of gravity, and moment of inertia calculations;
- Support definition of engine operation and maintenance technical conditions;
- Responsible for engine assembly and production support during testing.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in aerospace propulsion theory and engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics, fluid machinery engineering, or related fields;
- 3+ years of experience in liquid rocket engine development;
- Familiar with 3D design and finite element analysis software;
- Familiar with assembly pipeline routing methods and strength verification calculations;
- Experience with cryogenic rocket engines preferred.
Engine Thrust Chamber Designer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for thrust chamber and pre-burner design scheme determination and parameter calculations;
- Responsible for drafting thrust chamber and pre-burner drawings, preparing production, test, and acceptance documents;
- Responsible for defining thrust chamber and pre-burner test specifications and processing test results;
- Responsible for production follow-up and test support for thrust chamber and pre-burner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in liquid rocket engines, aerospace propulsion theory and engineering, thermal engineering, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience;
- Proficient in UG, FLUENT, AUTOCAD, 3D modeling, and other software;
- Familiar with static and dynamic structural mechanics simulation, skilled in strength design, with knowledge of vibration mechanics and acoustics;
- Experience in LOX/methane full-flow engine thrust chamber development preferred;
- Experience in mechanical product design, machining, and process design preferred.
Engine Valve Designer
Responsibilities
- Support system-level architecture studies for propulsion systems and various valves;
- Responsible for valve calculations, simulation, drafting, production follow-up, testing, product acceptance, installation, and maintenance;
- Support system-level analysis of valve-related technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, material mechanics, mechatronics, fluid machinery engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in liquid rocket engine development preferred.
Launch Technology Department
Ground System Architect
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ground equipment interfaces and prepare task specifications;
- Responsible for preparing feasibility reports for the overall system design;
- Responsible for technical design and coordination of ground structural products;
- Responsible for preparing the ground system development plan;
- Responsible for preparing the ground system overall test outline;
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, with 5+ years of experience in launch vehicle ground system development, familiar with the development process;
- Familiar with all disciplines of launch vehicle ground systems, with system planning capabilities;
- Project management experience and organizational coordination skills;
- Familiar with ground-to-vehicle interfaces, simulation software such as ANSYS, Abaqus (at least one), and 3D modeling tools such as CREO, CATIA, SolidWorks (at least one), and 2D CAD;
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ground Control System Designer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for control system scheme design, control strategy design, and visual monitoring systems for all ground launch equipment;
- Responsible for reviewing product solutions with subcontractors, including visual monitoring systems;
- Responsible for electrical control product test plans and failure analysis, including visual monitoring systems;
- Support subcontractors in factory acceptance tests and assembly tests, including visual monitoring systems;
- Responsible for electrical control system task specifications, technical agreements, and procurement sourcing, including visual monitoring systems;
- Follow up on electrical control system usage and drive continuous improvement, including visual monitoring systems;
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in electrical control systems and visual monitoring systems;
- Understanding of electro-hydraulic control system principles;
- Ability to independently complete electrical control system architecture, key equipment selection, and troubleshooting;
- Familiar with relevant electrical product standards;
- Proficient in at least one 3D modeling tool (Creo/CATIA/SolidWorks) and 2D drafting software.
Air Conditioning System Designer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for rocket payload fairing air conditioning system scheme design;
- Responsible for design of rocket payload fairing air conditioning pipe connectors and automatic disconnection devices;
- Responsible for preparing task specifications and test plans for the rocket payload fairing air conditioning system;
- Responsible for process control of rocket payload fairing air conditioning system products;
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, HVAC, or related fields, with work experience preferred;
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, capable of cross-disciplinary collaboration;
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn, able to travel for work;
- Passion for aerospace.
Ground Assembly Equipment Designer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for structural design and simulation of assembly equipment (slings, dollies, gas distribution panels, etc.);
- Responsible for key technical indicators for factory inspection of assembly equipment;
- Responsible for related tests and functional verification of assembly equipment;
- Coordinate interfaces between assembly equipment and the rocket;
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Familiar with slings, dollies, gas distribution panels, and other equipment, with a bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering; relevant experience preferred;

Quality Engineer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project quality planning, preparing project quality control plans based on task specifications, and supervising implementation and improvement;
- Responsible for project quality data package planning and implementation;
- Responsible for collection, analysis, and processing of quality information, quality issue closure, and closed-loop management;
- Responsible for organizing quality control activities including project design reviews, major ground test plan and result reviews, overall and subsystem phase-transition reviews, and vehicle rollout reviews (including special reviews), as well as launch site quality management;
- Responsible for monitoring supplier product quality and promptly identifying and resolving quality issues.
Qualifications
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, electrical engineering, or related STEM fields;
- 3+ years of experience in project quality management, with aerospace industry experience preferred; proficient in GJB9001C and military standards;
- Strong capabilities in aerospace and defense project quality management and product quality management;
