WELIGHT is committed to developing green, low-carbon, fully reusable liquid launch vehicles with independently controllable data systems. The independently developed WELIGHT-1 medium-lift liquid launch vehicle is the world's first launch vehicle to integrate three core technologies: carbon-fiber composite materials, full-flow staged-combustion propulsion, and liquid oxygen–methane propellants.
WELIGHT's selection among the Top 50 Most Investment-Worthy Commercial Space Enterprises in Beijing represents recognition of the company's technological roadmap and team capabilities, as well as its commercialization prospects. WELIGHT will continue to advance the engineering development of the WELIGHT-1 all-carbon-fiber launch vehicle and the Huaguang-1 full-flow staged-combustion liquid oxygen–methane engine, accelerate the production of core components, and ensure steady progress toward the maiden flight.
